Genshin Impact Mona Best Team Combo

Mona’s main role in this team comp is to start off an elemetal reaction chain. Starting with her Hydro, then next to Ganyu’s Cryo, and finishing off with Diluc’s Pyro.

Diluc will act more of as a finisher than a main DPS. Save his Elemental Skills for dealing either Vaporize or Melt for the most damage.

Ganyu is capable of applying Cryo to multiple enemies at once with her charged attacks. She’ll act as an elemental combo proc rather than an on-field damage dealer

Bennett can provide the team with an Attack buff and healing with his Elemental Burst.

Best Mona Builds in Genshin Impact

Mona is a top-tier sub DPS character capable of enhancing the burst damage of your team with her elemental burst. Her elemental skill can also provide a little grouping but is not as good as the Anemo sub DPS.

Best Weapons for Mona in Genshin Impact

Mona’s weapons aren’t anything out of the ordinary. She has slight benefits from weapons that have energy recharge as their sub stats but there are other weapons out that that can provide much more than that.

Best Artifacts for Mona in Genshin Impact

Mona’s artifacts can be a little flexible depending on what your party needs. If nobody is using Noblesse Oblige in the party, we recommend going for the 4 piece. A generalist build would be 2 Heart of Depth and 2 Noblesse Oblige or 4 piece Emblem of Severed Fate, both working wonderfully for our little Astrologer right here

FAQs about Genshin Impact Mona

In total, you have a 0.6 percent chance of getting Mona, although you are guaranteed a five-star character or weapon after 90 consecutive unsuccessful pulls.

Mona’s age is around 20-25 years.

The age of Mona is not obviously stated in the game. Her birthday is on August 31st

On the contrary, Mona the astonishing astrologist might be older than her appearance suggests.

Since she is a knowledgeable character in Astrology, she might know secrets for immortal life. This is a common thing among characters in Genshin Impact.

Mona excels in either a support or sub DPS role. We’ve included suitable weapons and artifacts for both choices, so you can choose whichever path you prefer.

We recommend pairing her up with a pyro character like Bennett or Diluc in order to trigger vaporize.

Hydro character Mona has the best movement and evasion abilities in the game.

If you want to set up elemental reactions using water, Mona is the best Genshin Impact character to have. She can cover large areas in water using her Elemental Skill and Burst.

Mona’s best weapon is The Widsith, which increases CRIT DMG and grants random buffs to characters taking the field. Luckily, this weapon is a 4-star Catalyst, so you shouldn’t have too much difficulty tracking it down.

However, this combination works well if players want Hu Tao to deal her highest damage numbers with her Burst. The Astrologist Mona allows for some astronomical (pun intended) damage numbers using her Burst.

Best team composition for Mona

Players who want to get a taste of Mona’s potential with her reactions will do great with Diluc (Pyro), Bennett (Pyro), and Ganyu (Cryo).

At its core, this team would need Mona’s kit to proc various elemental reaction chains. This would begin with her own Hydro, followed by Cryo (from Ganyu), and finishing with powerful Pyro (from Diluc and Bennett).

With this build in mind, the frontline DPS Diluc would act more as a finisher. Players can use Diluc’s kit to proc Melt or Vaporize to maximize his damage output.

Meanwhile, Ganyu’s kit can crowd control enemies with her Cryo attacks, leaving them wide open. Lastly, Bennett serves as a great buffer for the team, alongside the strong Pyro Resonance with Diluc.

Runner-up team composition

Players who want a relatively stable Mona team will need Klee (Pyro), Venti (Anemo), and Zhongli (Geo). Klee may serve as the team’s main DPS as her bombs can benefit from Mona’s Vaporize procs. Meanwhile, Zhongli’s stable defense as a Geo user can ensure survivability across the board for the team.

This setup works well with Venti, who can pull enemies for devastating crowd control effects. Thanks to Mona’s sub-DPS damage levels, Klee can easily obliterate foes with enough bombs courtesy of her high-powered kit.
