Normal Attack
Perform up to 5 consecutive shots with a bow.
Charged Attack
Perform a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG.
While aiming, the dark lightning spirits of Immernachtreich shall heed the call of their Prinzessin and indwell the enchanted arrowhead. When fully indwelt, the Rachsüchtig Blitz shall deal immense Electro DMG.
Plunging Attack
Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Summons Oz. The night raven forged of darkness and lightning descends upon the land, dealing Electro DMG in a small AoE.
For the ability’s duration, Oz will continuously attack nearby opponents with Freikugel.
Hold to adjust the location Oz will be summoned to.
Press again any time during the ability’s duration to once again summon him to Fischl’s side.
Summons Oz to spread his twin wings of twilight and defend Fischl.
Has the following properties during the ability’s duration:
Fischl takes on Oz’s form, greatly increasing her Movement Speed.
Strikes nearby opponents with lightning, dealing Electro DMG to opponents she comes in contact with. Each opponent can only be struck once.
Once this ability’s effects end, Oz will remain on the battlefield and attack his Prinzessin’s foes. If Oz is already on the field, then this will reset the duration of his presence.
When Fischl hits Oz with a fully-charged Aimed Shot, Oz brings down Thundering Retribution, dealing AoE Electro DMG equal to 152.7% of the arrow’s DMG.
If your active character triggers an Electro-related Elemental Reaction when Oz is on the field, the opponent shall be stricken with Thundering Retribution, dealing Electro DMG equal to 80% of Fischl’s ATK.
When dispatched on an expedition in Mondstadt, time consumed is reduced by 25%.
Even when Oz is not present in combat, he can still watch over Fischl through his raven eyes. When Fischl performs a Normal Attack against an opponent, Oz fires a joint attack, dealing DMG equal to 22% of Fischl’s ATK.
When Nightrider is used, it deals an additional 200% ATK as DMG, and its AoE is increased by 50%.
Increases the Level of Nightrider by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
When Midnight Phantasmagoria is used, it deals 222% of ATK as Electro DMG to surrounding opponents.
When the skill duration ends, Fischl regenerates 20% of her HP.
Increases the Level of Midnight Phantasmagoria by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Extends the duration of Oz’s presence on the field by 2s. Additionally, Oz performs joint attacks with your active character when present, dealing 30% of Fischl’s ATK as Electro DMG.
Fischl
Fischl’s a great support due to Oz. She can easily work with any team comp as Oz will stay in the field even if you change to another character.
Childe (Tartaglia)
Tartaglia (Childe) is able to apply hydro to multiple enemies, making him great with Fischl as they can easily Electrocharge enemies.
Eula
Crowd control to easily apply elemental combos and bursts to enemies. Eula can use her elemental burst to group enemies.
Rosaria
Rosaria with Fischl can apply a constant stream of Supoerconduct, lowering enemy physical damage.
Fischl is a sub DPS character capable of consistently applying the electro element to enemies. She also deals a lot of damage which really propels her to one of the best sub dps characters available in Genshin Impact.
There are only two candidates that would be the best weapons for Fischl as a sub DPS. Those would be The Stringless and Elegy for the End.
A part of the “Millennial Movement” that wanders amidst the winds.
Increases Elemental Mastery by 60.
When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field.
When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the “Millennial Movement: Farewell Song” effect for 12s. “Millennial Movement: Farewell Song” increases Elemental Mastery by 100 and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s.
Of the many effects of the “Millennial Movement,” buffs of the same type will not stack.
Increases Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG by 24%.
Fischl’s best artifact set is 2 piece Gladiator’s Finale and 2 piece Thundering Fury. For main stats, look out for ATK Sands, Electro DMG% Goblet, Crit Rate/Crit Damage depending on your crit rate.
Fischl is an absolutely powerhouse and so long as you level her high, pick any combination of these and you are going to be doing some serious, 5-star level damage most of the time, while safely at a distance with your bow. She’s great and continues to be great even as new heroes are introduced.
Approximately 16 years old. The age of Fishcl is not obviously stated in the game. Her birthday is on May 27th.
It seems that she thinks that her eye is a powerful weapon that must not be uncovered. This is the staple trait of a Chunibyo character in anime and serves no actual function for the character. Fischl literally just wears her eyepatch because she thinks it makes her look cool and helps her play into her delusion.
As a bow user, she can be used to keep her distance and can dish out electro element damage with charged attacks. Fischl really comes into her own through her elemental skills, however, which make use of Oz.
When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, the ATK of all nearby party members is increased by 20% and their Shield Strength is increased by 30% for 3s. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s.
Fischl is a very strong Bow user that can work successfully as your party’s main DPS or Sub DPS. Her Ranged Bow attacks, combined with Oz (Nightrider active skill) can help you defeat any opponent.
Fischl’s versatility means she can play a damage-dealing DPS role, or in a support role to set up as many elemental reactions as possible. Given the amount of quality DPS characters in the game, we’ve gone for a support build as Fischl can take powerful characters to new heights.
When Oz is summoned, he will also attack opponents with Electro. Normal attacks mainly scale off of Physical damage, thus going the Physical damage route will maximize a Fischl of this build.
Midnight Phantasmagoria – Oz spreads his wings, giving Fischl movement speed for a short duration. During this time you can move around, causing lightning strikes with any enemy you come in contact with. Enemies can only be struck by lightning once.
The Stringless is widely considered to be the best bow for pure support or enabler Fischl thanks to its Elemental Mastery stat and the bonus damage it provides to both her Elemental Skill and Burst.
Frequently ranked as an S-tier character in Genshin Impact, Fischl is one of the most popular characters in the game. She’s also incredibly rare since the only way to currently acquire her is through the game’s gacha pull Wish system.
While she is considered one of the best Electro supports in Genshin Impact, Fischl can also be a great main DPS. To be able to perfectly perform various roles, Fischl needs her Constellations. Fischl’s Constellations mostly boost her supportive ability and damage while she’s off-field.
The best team composition for Fischl includes Tartaglia, Eula, and Rosaria.
Childe Tartaglia is a unique Hydro DPS. When drawing his melee daggers, Tartaglia can apply Hydro on all his enemies through his Riptide and Normal Attacks. When paired with Fischl:
Eula possesses a huge amount of Physical damage within her kit. She counts on her Normal Attacks and Elemental Burst to inflict most of her damage. Fischl can fully take advantage of that by deploying Oz:
Rosaria deals AoE Cryo damage for 8s after using her Elemental Burst, Rites of Termination This ability also provides some important utilities, such as:
Continuously applying Cryo, making it easy for Fischl to trigger Superconduct.
Increasing Fischl’s Critical Rate by up to 15%.
C6 Rosaria can further decrease enemies’ Physical resistance when using her Burst.
If Rosaria is wielding Favonius Lance, she will also regenerate energy for the entire team.
Plus
Yun Jin is a new Geo 4-star character introduced in Genshin Impact 2.4. The Director of Yun-Han Opera Troupe is a great addition to any character that counts on their Normal Attacks. Including Yun Jin in Fischl’s team composition carries many buffs, including:
Yun Jin’s Elemental Burst, Cliffbreaker’s Banner, buffs Fischl’s Normal Attacks damage by a percentage of Yun Jin’s defense.
Players can include one more Geo character to activate the Geo Resonance, it will increase Fischl damage by 15% when shielded.
Yun Jin’s C6 further supports the “Machine Gun Fischl” playstyle. If Fischl hits quickly, she can also benefit more from Yun Jin’s damage bonus.
