Raiden Shogun debuted in her character banner: Reign of Serenity. She’s a 5-star character, the Archon of Inazuma, and wields a polearm.
The Raiden Shogun’s Rerun will be available from March 8, 2022, until March 29, 2022, and it will run alongside Kokomi’s Rerun for the second half of Version 2.5.

Eye of Stormy Judgment
When characters with this buff attack and deal DMG to opponents, the Eye will unleash a coordinated attack, dealing AoE Electro DMG at the opponent’s position.
Characters who gain the Eye of Stormy Judgment will have their Elemental Burst DMG increased based on the Energy Cost of the Elemental Burst during the Eye’s duration.
The Eye can initiate one coordinated attack every 0.9s per party.
Coordinated attacks generated by characters not controlled by you deal 20% of the normal DMG.
Gathering truths unnumbered and wishes uncounted, the Raiden Shogun unleashes the Musou no Hitotachi and deals AoE Electro DMG, using Musou Isshin in combat for a certain duration afterward.
The DMG dealt by Musou no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin’s attacks will be increased based on the number of Chakra Desiderata’s Resolve stacks consumed when this skill is used.

While in this state, the Raiden Shogun will wield her Tachi in battle, while her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be infused with Electro DMG, which cannot be overridden. When such attacks hit opponents, she will regenerate Energy for all nearby party members. Energy can be restored this way once every 1s, and this effect can be triggered 5 times throughout this skill’s duration.
While in this state, the Raiden Shogun’s resistance to the interruption is increased, and she is immune to Electro-Charged reaction DMG.
While Musou Isshin is active, the Raiden Shogun’s Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG will be considered Elemental Burst DMG.
The effects of Musou Isshin will be cleared when the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.
Chakra Desiderata
When nearby party members (excluding the Raiden Shogun herself) use their Elemental Bursts, the Raiden Shogun will build up Resolve stacks based on the Energy Cost of these Elemental Bursts.
The maximum number of Resolve stacks is 60.
The Resolve gained by Chakra Desiderata will be cleared 300s after the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.
When nearby party members gain Elemental Orbs or Particles, Chakra Desiderata gains 2 Resolve stacks.
This effect can occur once every 3s.
Each 1% above 100% Energy Recharge that the Raiden Shogun possesses grants her:0.6% greater Energy restoration from Musou Isshin
0.4% Electro DMG Bonus.
Mora expended when ascending Swords and Polearms is decreased by 50%.
Chakra Desiderata will gather Resolve even faster. When Electro characters use their Elemental Bursts, the Resolve gained is increased by 80%. When characters of other Elemental Types use their Elemental Bursts, the Resolve gained is increased by 20%.
While using Musou no Hitotachi and in the Musou Isshin state applied by Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu, the Raiden Shogun’s attacks ignore 60% of opponents’s DEF.
Increases the Level of Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
When the Musou Isshin state applied by Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu expires, all nearby party members (excluding the Raiden Shogun) gain 30% bonus ATK for 10s.

While in the Musou Isshin state applied by Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu, attacks by the Raiden Shogun that are considered part of her Elemental Burst will decrease all nearby party members’ (but not including the Raiden Shogun herself) Elemental Burst CD by 1s when they hit opponents.
This effect can trigger once every 1s, and can trigger a total of 5 times during the state’s duration.

– Eula will be the main DPS and her damage will be greatly supported by Raiden Shogun through super conduct.

– Kazuha will gather the enemies and increase the DMG given by the elements.
Raiden Shogun is probably one of the most versatile characters right now, being able to fill any role and do an outstanding job. That being said, she ranks very high in our Tier List and if you have her, you should probably build her.
Raiden Shogun’s Engulfing Lightning is going to be her best in the slot but a free 4-star weapon, The Catch, is a serious contender, especially at refinement 5. If you don’t have any of these weapons, any 5-star polearm will do.
ATK increased by 28% of Energy Recharge over the base 100%. You can gain a maximum bonus of 80% ATK. Gain 30% Energy Recharge for 12s after using an Elemental Burst.
Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 16% and Elemental Burst CRIT Rate by 6%.
The best artifact set for Raiden Shogun is the Emblem of Severed Fate. It’s not even close. Where it gets a little complicated is the main stats you need to go for. Energy Recharge/ATK% Sands, ATK/Electro DMG% Sands, Crit Rate/Crit Damage Circlet depending on crit.
If you went for an Energy Recharge sands, go with an ATK Goblet.
Similar to Mona, Energy Recharge will also increase the Electro DMG Bonus of Raiden Shogun. This together with the power of Emblem Of Severed Fate, will make Raiden a great Burst DPS and Energy Support.

The Raiden Shogun, also known as Ei, is an interesting character in Genshin Impact, as she doesn’t have a distinct age.
The community does know that she was alive during the Archon War (though her sister was the Electro Archon at the time), but not much is known aside from that.

Raiden Shogun performs extremely well at C0 and does not feel as if her true potential is locked behind any constellation.
At C0, even with the right weapon and build, she may not have much of an impact as an on-field damage dealer, but she overcomes this with her massive nuke potential.

It was shown in the 2.5 Livestream that she will have her rerun banner alongside Sangonomiya Kokomi.
To best utilize the skill, players should consider starting with the Raiden Shogun in battle.
The skill buff will last for 25 seconds allowing enough time for all allies to perform Elemental Bursts attacks. The Shogun’s Elemental Skill will also deal AOE Electro damage to enemies whenever a character strikes a target.
Players can save this effect as it carries over through banners, saving them thousands of precious gems.
Still, if players are starting from zero pity and are also on a 50/50, they will need at least 28,800 Primogems to be 100% certain they will get Raiden Shogun.
While Raiden Ei was meditating in the Plane of Euthymia, the Raiden Shogun acted as the ruler of Inazuma in her place.
The Shogun puppet was created in the same method as Genshin Impact’s Sixth Harbinger, Scaramouche, who was the first prototype puppet that Raiden Ei released once she deemed him unfit for the role.
Raiden Shogun uses a Polearm as her weapon of choice. Somewhat similar to Tartaglia, Raiden Shogun’s Normal Attacks will change after activating her Elemental Burst and can deal Electro DMG.
Raiden Shogun is the main DPS in the team. The DMG of Elemental Burst depends on the energy consumed by team members using their Elemental Burst.
Her best team composition recommends Eula, Diona, and Kazuha.
When equipped with four Viridescent Venerer, Kazuha will also reduce the enemy’s elemental Resistance. Considering the fact that Raiden Shogun highly relies on her Electro sword to deal damage, Kazuha can greatly boost Archon’s DPS with his abilities.
Eula can deal with ridiculously high numbers with her Elemental burst, it’s important for her to ensure its availability. Fortunately, the Electro Archon can assist the Spindrift Knight in restoring her Energy.
Raiden Shogun’s Elemental burst buff will also further boost Eula’s already huge damage. The synergy between the two easily makes them one of the best pairs in Genshin Impact when Raiden Shogun enables Eula’s abilities and reactions.
In a Raiden Shogun team composition, Diona’s elemental skill creates a phantom that applies Cryo status to nearby opponents. Using the Raiden Shogun’s Electro abilities can mean havoc on a crowd warfare front.
In addition, Diona’s elemental burst immobilizes opponents (also applying for wet status). This makes Raiden Shogun’s assaults more efficient.
