Normal Attack
Perform up to 5 consecutive strikes.
Charged Attack
Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous slashes.
At the end of the sequence, perform a more powerful slash.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Sharp frost, swift blade.
Press
Slashes swiftly, dealing Cryo DMG.
When it hits an opponent, Eula gains a stack of Grimheart that stacks up to 2 times. These stacks can only be gained once every 0.3s.
Grimheart
Increases Eula’s resistance to interruption and DEF.
Hold
Wielding her sword, Eula consumes all the stacks of Grimheart and lashes forward, dealing AoE Cryo DMG to opponents in front of her.
If Grimheart stacks are consumed, surrounding opponents will have their Physical RES and Cryo RES decreased.
Each consumed stack of Grimheart will be converted into an Icewhirl Brand that deals Cryo DMG to nearby opponents.
Brandishes her greatsword, dealing Cryo DMG to nearby opponents and creating a Lightfall Sword that follows her around for a duration of up to 7s.
While present, the Lightfall Sword increases Eula’s resistance to interruption. When Eula’s own Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst deal DMG to opponents, they will charge the Lightfall Sword, which can gain an energy stack once every 0.1s.
Once its duration ends, the Lightfall Sword will descend and explode violently, dealing Physical DMG to nearby opponents.
This DMG scales on the number of energy stacks the Lightfall Sword has accumulated.
If Eula leaves the field, the Lightfall Sword will explode immediately.
If 2 stacks of Grimheart are consumed upon unleashing the Holding Mode of Icetide Vortex, a Shattered Lightfall Sword will be created that will explode immediately, dealing 50% of the basic Physical DMG dealt by a Lightfall Sword created by Glacial Illumination.
When Glacial Illumination is cast, the CD of Icetide Vortex is reset and Eula gains 1 stack of Grimheart.
When Eula crafts Character Talent Materials, she has a 10% chance to receive double the product.
Every time Icetide Vortex’s Grimheart stacks are consumed, Eula’s Physical DMG is increased by 30% for 6s.
Each stack consumed will increase the duration of this effect by 6s up to a maximum of 18s.
Decreases the CD of Icetide Vortex’s Holding Mode, rendering it identical to Tapping CD.
ncreases the Level of Glacial Illumination by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Lightfall Swords deal 25% increased DMG against opponents with less than 50% HP.
Increases the Level of Icetide Vortex by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Lightfall Swords created by Glacial Illumination start with 5 stacks of energy. Normal Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts have a 50% chance to grant the Lightfall Sword an additional stack of energy.
Fischl
Fischl provides additional damage while spreading cryo enabling constant superconduct debuff to enemies.
Eula is a DPS powerhouse that would heavily benefit from a sub DPS like Fischl, Beidou, or Raiden Shogun. This is due to the fact that electro and cryo produce the elemental reaction superconduct which lowers the resistance of the mobs around a small AoE.
When playing as Eula, expect to have her out most of the time for her to deal as much damage as possible. Eula is a pretty greedy carry, which not only means that she’s going to be out 90% of the time, it also means that a team has to be made with her in the middle.
Eula’s best weapons usually have the ATK sub stat. Here are some of the best weapons for her:
Song of Broken Pines is by far the best weapon for her followed by the Wolf’s Gravestone. If you’re looking for a free-to-play friendly weapon, Prototype Archaic is a good substitute.
Increases the wielder’s ATK. When Normal or Charged Attacks hit opponents, the character gains a Sigil of Whispers (once every 0.3s). When you reach 4 Sigils, all will be consumed and all nearby party members will get increased Normal ATK SPD and ATK for 12s. Once this triggers, you gain no Sigils for 20s. Buffs of the same type won’t stack.
Increases ATK by 20%. On hit, attacks against opponents with less than 30% HP increase all party members’ ATK by 40% for 12s. Can only occur once every 30s.
Every 4s a character is on the field, they will deal 6% more DMG and take3% more DMG. This effect has a maximum of 5 stacks and will not be reset if the character leaves the field, but will be reduced by 1 stack when the character takes DMG.
On hit, Normal or Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to deal an additional 240% ATK DMG to opponents within a small AoE. Can only occur once every 15s.
There’s only one good artifact for Eula and that’s the Pale Flame set. No other artifact set suits Eula best.
A noble who rejects her upbringing, Eula still carries herself with poise and grace, melding her love of dance into her blade work.
She is a 5-star Cryo character with great Damage Potential, considered the best for Physical Damage.
Before using Eula’s Elemental burst, players should use her hold skill. After using her Elemental burst, the cooldown of her skill will reset.
Use her tap skill immediately afterward. Then, players can spam Eula’s Normal attack to maximize the stacks she can get within the next seven seconds.
The age of Eula is not obviously stated in the game. Her birthday is on October 25th.
Eula is an excellent Physical DPS that can spread Cryo making it easy to deal with Superconduct debuff to enemies creating an even higher Physical DMG.
Eula, the Dance of Shimmering Wave, is a character that is set to arrive in Genshin Impact in the near future. Eula is a female knight of Favonius that is rumored to be coming out after Rosaria’s recent banner.
While Diluc’s regular attacks are stronger than Eula’s, her combo has more hits (seven vs four) and she’s astoundingly fast by claymore standards. Time will tell which combination yields better results.
Five-star Cryo characters historically do very well in our Genshin Impact tier list, and Eula is no different – her ability to deal massive physical damage has landed her a spot on the top tier.
Most of her damage are Normal Attacks and her Elemental Burst, Glacial Illumination, which can regularly hit for over 100k damage, even with a F2P build.
With a full whale build, Eula can hit damage numbers up to 5 million without reactions, making her one of the strongest characters in the entire game.
Her damage is backloaded, which means the bulk of her damage is at the end of her skill rotation.
Despite that, she is an amazing character for beginner players since she hits hard, can deal with any enemy shield, and doesn’t suffer from elemental-immune enemies.
Eula’s constellations give her massive buffs. The ones you might want to focus on are C1, C2, and C6. Every time Icetide Vortex’s Grimheart stacks are consumed, Eula’s Physical DMG is increased by 30% for 6s.
Each stack consumed will increase the duration of this effect by 6s up to a maximum of 18s.
The other best budget weapon for Eula is the Prototype Archaic. It’s arguably easier to refine, making it a preferable choice for free players. The Prototype Archaic gives out tons of attack boosts and even more with its perk.
The best 5-star weapons for Eula include Song of Broken Pines and Wolf’s Gravestone.
The best artifacts for Eula are the Pale Flame two-set, which increases physical damage by 25%.
The four-set is also good, but only if you have Eula’s second constellation, as it procs when an elemental skill hits your opponent.
The best team composition for Eula includes Fischl, Diona, and Zhongli.
Fischl provides plenty of energy production with almost no effort, requiring (at most) to be quick-swapped in to refresh Oz, which makes her a great option for recharging Eula’s high-cost high-damage burst.
She also has the benefit of consistently setting up Superconduct reactions with Oz’s Electro attacks–which cut enemies’ physical resistance and let Eula more easily crush them.
Bow-user Diona is a remarkably good Support choice for Eula. As a Cryo character, she provides the elemental resonance and has an extra bonus to the Energy she generates for Eula.
Not only does her Skill have great particle production, but it also launches ranged projectiles and creates a shield. This not only balances Eula’s mostly close-ranged kit but also gives her a good level of protection.
Zhongli is well-regarded as one of the most universal characters in the game, recommended for almost every team composition simply due to the unmatched level of security he offers–both for the characters and players.
His Shield works wonders even with a relatively weak build, and higher investment can boost its strength so much that he pretty thoroughly lowers all combat difficulty.
