Rosaria can be obtained through wishing on the Standard Banner or the Character Banner. The best possible way to get Rosaria is to wait for her rate up in the character banner, which will offer a much higher chance of obtaining her.
Rosaria is available at a normal rate on all Standard Wish Banners except Beginner’s Wish. This means you can get her from Wanderlust Invocation, Epitome Invocation, and the current Character Event Wish.
As a 4-star character, Rosaria has a chance to appear in the Starglitter Exchange every month for 34 Masterless Starglitter. As of now, Rosaria hasn’t appeared yet in this shop.

Performs up to five consecutive spear strikes.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way.
Plunging Attack

When it comes to building the best possible characters in Genshin Impact, we have found that there are typically only one or two different ways to build an effective character.
As we have mentioned above, Rosaria excels in boosting the crit rate of the whole party while dealing as much damage as she could. For this reason, we recommend building Rosaria as you would build a normal DPS.
In terms of selecting the best Weapons and Artifacts, we have listed and detailed several potential options below that we believe fit Rosaria best.
Rosaria has a lot of choices for Polearms but here are the best ones.
Dragonspine Spear is by far the best weapon for the main DPS Rosaria while Favonius Lance might be a good choice if you’re planning to make her a sub DPS.
Hitting an opponent with Normal and Charged Attacks has a 60~100% chance of forming and dropping an Everfrost Icicle above them, dealing 80~140% AoE ATK DMG. Opponents affected by Cryo are dealt 200~360% ATK DMG instead by the icicle. Can only occur once every 10s.
Increases CRIT Rate by 8~16% and increases Normal ATK SPD by 12%. Additionally, Normal and Charged Attacks hits on opponents have a 50% chance to trigger a vacuum blade that deals 40~100% of ATK as DMG in a small AoE. This effect can occur no more than once every 2s.
CRIT hits have a 60~100% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12~6s.
The go-to artifact set for Rosaria is the Blizzard Strayer. With that set, crit rate is already increased by 20% giving you more options for artifact options and weapons so you don’t reach over the crit rate threshold.
Bloodstained Chivalry and Gladiator’s Finale are for Physical DPS builds. You’d want to go for 2 Bloodstained and 2 Chivalry for that.
Noblesse Oblige and Blizzard Strayer are for Sub-DPS builds. You’d also go 2 Noblesse and 2 Blizzard for that build. If you have no other characters wielding Noblesse Oblige in your party, you can also opt-in for a 4 piece Noblesse Oblige.
Rosaria is an excellent Physical DPS that can spread Cryo making it easy to deal with Superconduct debuff to enemies creating an even higher Physical DMG. This team further supports that potential.

Rosaria burst is staying in one place while Kaeya’s moves with him. I’d prefer Kaeya in this situation since his burst isn’t rooted in place and he has access to sacrificial if you really, really need it. Rosaria’s burst does give a crit rate buff, but that’s useless for a Swirl.

Fischl is truly a broken four-star character, and for a lot of reasons. She’s an Electro archer, and with Rosaria, she can aid in creating Superconduct. But there’s a lot more to Fischl than that.
Besides being able to deal substantial damage in her own right, Fischl has a powerful Elemental Skill with a very short cooldown time.
Diona’s skills allow her to heal your characters while also providing shields. A cool quirk her shields provide is increased movement speed, which can help if you’re in a particularly difficult fight that involves staying on your toes a lot.
Of course, since she’s also a Cryo character, she and Rosaria on the same team would once again provide you with an increased critical rate, so she’s a great support character choice.
Albedo’s skills let you spread Geo even when you switch him out with another character, similar to how Fischl’s Elemental Skill works. This can be great for making freeze comps with Rosaria.
Plus, Albedo has good attack and defense stats, so he is a solid character in his own right.
Genshin Impact Rosaria: DPS build. The best build for DPS Rosaria is a physical build.
Players should focus on her Normal Attacks, so the best main stat for her is Attack/Physical Damage/Critical Rate or Critical Damage.
As a Cryo user, it is easy for her to create Superconduct.
Most likely, Rosaria will be added to Standard Wish once this banner is over. However, you will probably never get her on Standard since there is an equal chance of pulling her as all the other 4 star characters and weapons.
Furthermore, if you lack Crit Rate or Crit DMG, then using Deathmatch or Blackcliff Pole would be a significant choice.
However, if you are looking for a support character, then increasing her Energy recharge or Elemental Mastery is the best choice.
It doesn’t stack with PASSIVE TALENTS that provide the EXACT SAME effects. Which, at the moment, is nothing. It stacks with Anemo resonance (not a talent) or Kaeya’s passive (not the same) just fine.
Rosaria Melt Build Weapon. … So Rosaria can go for an all-out Melt reaction build, with an Elemental Mastery weapon.
Or emphasize her Crit buffing, which scales with her own Crit Rate. Note that Xiangling also uses a Polearm, so she will compete with Rosaria on which weapon to use.
