When Kamisato Ayaka’s Normal or Charged Attacks deal Cryo DMG to opponents, it has a 50% chance of decreasing the CD of Kamisato Art: Hyouka by 0.3s. This effect can occur once every 0.1s.
When casting Kamisato Art: Soumetsu, unleashes 2 smaller additional Frostflake Seki no To, each dealing 20% of the original storm’s DMG.
Increases the Level of Kamisato Art: Soumetsu by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Opponents damaged by Kamisato Art: Soumetsu’s Frostflake Seki no To will have their DEF decreased by 30% for 6s.

For Kamisato Ayaka, one of the things you need to keep in mind is over capping your crit. Because over capping it only does diminishing returns for your character.
Make sure to keep your crit under 90% including bonuses from your artifact to get the best out of her.

After casting an Elemental Skill, gain 1 Succession Seed. This effect can be triggered once every 5s. The Succession Seed lasts for 30s. Up to 3 Succession Seeds may exist simultaneously. After using an Elemental Burst, all Succession Seeds are consumed and after 2s, the character regenerates 6 Energy for each seed consumed.
Normal or Charged Attacks grant a Harmonic on hits. Gaining 5 Harmonics triggers the power of music and deals 100% ATK DMG to surrounding enemies. Harmonics last up to 30s, and a maximum of 1 can be gained every 0.5s.
The best artifact for Kamisato Ayaka is the Blizzard Strayer. However, if you find yourself over capping on crit, you can opt for more options such as 2 Blizzard Strayer and 2 Noblesse Oblige or 2 Blizzard Strayer and 2 Gladiator’s Finale.
Kamisato Ayaka herself becomes playable in version 2.0. Although she is not an insane DPS like Ganyu, the Cryo Princess is still a great damage dealer.
