Qiqi’s Cryo damage is pretty standard, but her skills have long cooldowns and she can’t generate her own energy either. She’s literally considered the worst 5-star character in the game, which is a shame.

Before deciding on a banner to wish on, it’s important to know that not all characters can be obtained at any given time. While four-star characters are typically available on any banner, Genshin Impact’s five-star characters are split up into two camps: limited characters and standard characters.

Kazuha is the most popular with a 95% pick rate, according to stats from Genshinlab, drawing on over 30,000 players’ daily submissions. Zhongli (93.4%), Bennett (92.1%), Raiden Shogun (91%), and Xingqiu (90.7%) also feature in the top five.

Players will need to spend an in-game currency called Fate to unlock any additional characters. You can spend a Fate at any time in the game’s Wish menu to get a randomly drawn character or item.
